These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and 777cy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the 777cy Platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are registered under the same name, different names, or via different devices and IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. 777cy employs technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts upon detection.
777cy implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your 777cy Account, including all transactions, bets placed, and communications sent. This responsibility applies regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you personally, provided that you have not promptly reported suspected unauthorised access to 777cy support.
You must keep your 777cy login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential at all times. You must not share, disclose, or transfer access to your account to any third party under any circumstances. 777cy will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 777cy Account, which requires a one-time password sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number in addition to your standard credentials on each login attempt from an unrecognised device. 777cy provides this security feature at no additional cost.
Security Advisory: If you believe your 777cy account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 777cy support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prompt reporting is essential. Failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner may limit your recourse with respect to transactions conducted during the period of suspected compromise.
An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 777cy reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, deducted from any remaining wallet balance. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address before any fees are applied.
777cy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 777cy's discretion. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposits page within your account.
The minimum deposit amount on the 777cy Platform is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred). There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although individual transaction limits may apply depending on the selected payment method. All deposits are processed in PKR with no foreign exchange conversion costs applied by 777cy. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed payment.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your 777cy Account and that is registered in your own name, matching your verified 777cy account identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 (Pakistani Rupees one thousand). For verified accounts, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of request submission during standard operating hours.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may be subject to a pending period following a deposit, and may require completion of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds before processing. 777cy reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Deposits made from a payment method not registered in the account holder's own name are strictly prohibited. 777cy will not process withdrawals to any account or payment method other than one that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits detected will be returned to their source, and the receiving 777cy account may be suspended pending investigation.
All balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the 777cy Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. USDT transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 777cy does not charge a currency conversion fee, however, the exchange rate applied may differ from publicly quoted spot rates.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, and incentive programmes offered by 777cy are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a 777cy account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, minimum bet size per round, minimum odds for sports bets, and expiry period are all specified within each individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is accepted. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been fully completed.
777cy operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once; using automated software to place bets; placing hedging bets across multiple accounts or platforms to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; and systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
PSL Bonus Promotions: During the Pakistan Super League season, 777cy may offer cricket-specific promotional offers including enhanced odds, deposit bonuses tied to PSL match schedules, and free bet credits. All such promotions are subject to minimum odds requirements and individual event-specific terms which will be published on the promotions page at the time of each offer.
Bonus funds that are not used, or wagering requirements that are not completed, within the stated validity period of a promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed from your account without compensation. 777cy is not obligated to send reminder notifications before bonus expiry, although it may choose to do so as a courtesy.

All non-live casino games on the 777cy Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including 777cy itself. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the applicable governing body or official data provider used by 777cy. A bet may be voided and the original stake returned to your wallet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the market is determined to have been offered in error; technical issues prevent accurate settlement; or the event is determined to constitute a fixed or manipulated contest. 777cy reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns or match manipulation.

These limits vary by game, market, and individual account status. 777cy reserves the right to apply additional individual account-level betting limits at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, particularly where patterns of play suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors or other irregularities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cy Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cy shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; gambling losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability; or losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
The 777cy Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cy makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy of odds or information, or the absence of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities, to the extent permissible under applicable law.
777cy reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777cy will provide notice to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and, where applicable, withdraw your account balance and close your account.
You may close your 777cy account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your wallet, subject to standard verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus fund balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
777cy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or dishonest conduct; money laundering or other financial crime; a court or regulatory order requiring account closure; or any other circumstance that, in 777cy's reasonable judgement, necessitates termination for the protection of the Platform's integrity or other users.

The support team will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal support process, you may escalate your complaint to 777cy's dedicated complaints handling team by sending a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." 777cy will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within two (2) business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgement.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cy is incorporated. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
